Senior BI Analyst (4 to 6 years)"

Key Responsibilities

Develop and automate BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
Own and deliver
RBI and regulatory reporting
(CRILC, ALM, statutory MIS, etc.).
Optimize SQL queries and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams for data-driven decision-making.
Work with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and explore automation opportunities.

Requirements

4 to 6 years in BI / Data Analytics within NBFC, Fintech, or Financial Services.
Strong in
SQL
and
Power BI / Tableau / Qlik
.
Knowledge of
ETL, data modeling, and cloud platforms
.
Exposure to
Python, PySpark, or Databricks
preferred.
Experience in
RBI or regulatory reporting
is mandatory.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
