BI Analyst

1. Reporting & Visualization
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards for real-time monitoring of operational KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, efficiency, risk metrics). Automate recurring reports to reduce manual efforts. 2. Data Analysis & Insights Perform deep-dive analyses to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities in operational workflows. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for process improvements. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Central Analytics to align on data governance, metrics definitions, and advanced modeling needs. Act as the bridge between Operations teams and Data Science for predictive analytics use cases (e.g., demand forecasting, risk scoring). 4. Data Integrity & Governance Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data by implementing validation checks in SQL/queries. Document data lineage and key metric calculations. Adhere to the policy & guidelines shared by Central Analytics/DS team related to Data governance and security
