Bharat Banking:Area Sales Manager - Farmer Funding

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Bharat Banking department, responsible for driving business growth and expansion in semi-urban and rural markets The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience

• Drive business growth through sales resources and ensure target attainment
• Map business potential and manage portfolio quality by focusing on soft recovery from early bucket defaults
• Organize activities and events across channels to increase lead generation and conduct field visits for high-value loan proposals
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve sourcing and ensure quick conversion of business
• Review weekly business performance reports of RMs and organize training sessions to guide and coach them
• Manage complex client situations and risk uncertainty while prioritizing tasks effectively

• Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends, as well as regulatory guidelines and norms
• Demonstrate good communication skills in both English and the local language
• Ability to manage risk and uncertainty is essential, along with strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Experience in managing teams and handling pressure to meet deadlines is required
