Job Description

As a Solution Sales Hunter in the BFSI sector, your role will involve penetrating new logos in banks, insurance carriers, capital-markets firms, and fintechs. You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, engaging senior buyers, positioning technology services, managing the full sales cycle, and winning strategic enterprise engagements. Your industry contacts, closing agility, and relentless sales mindset will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise accounts within the BFSI sector. - Utilize your network and existing relationships to drive rapid conversions. - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature. - Translate AI-native technology and services into BFSI-specific value such as risk analytics, fraud detection, digital banking ops, embedded finance, and insurance automation. - Collaborate with solutions engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams to create compelling proposals and demos. - Maintain a healthy pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and exceed quota expectations. - Understand buying dynamics in regulated financial services including procurement, compliance, and vendor risk. - Travel as necessary for customer meetings and industry conferences. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with under ~8 years post-graduation. - 3-7 years of proven enterprise sales or new business development experience in BFSI or fintech. - Strong network of senior contacts in banking, insurance, and fintech sectors. - Demonstrated ability to sell technology or services into complex, regulated financial organizations. - High performer, driven, and comfortable with rapid growth environments. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Willingness to travel for client engagements.
