Job Description

AV Global Advisory Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in sales hiring, especially within the Banking, NBFC, Insurance sectors.

Role: BFSI Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting for Sales roles in the BFSI sector
Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for roles in Banking, NBFC, & Insurance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Share regular recruitment updates with clients and internal stakeholders
