Benefits This position will provide Human Resources support services to onshore employees with a high level of effectiveness, efficiency, and a focus on customer service. The specialist will perform Health & Welfare processing/Annual Enrollment/Retirement Benefits and Pension Plans/Leave of Absence/COBRA/Medicare/Medicaid/FSA/Claims, administrative, transactional, and data/records management activities, for multiple geographies. Knowledge & Experience Strong knowledge of Workday, Oracle HCM Working Experience of 3-4 years for US, UK, Europe geographies Indepth Knowledge of Health & Welfare processing/Retirement Benefits/Leave of Absence/COBRA/Medicare/Medicaid Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, disability coverage, and other offerings. Handle changes or updates to employee benefits due to life events like marriage, childbirth, etc. Participates in benefit Annual enrollment processes including Active and Passive enrollments Oversees computation of monthly pension Evaluates and compares existing benefit plans Manage the implementation of new benefit programs Good to have knowledge on Hire to retire HR transactions Formal Education & Certification Bachelor / Masters degree in any discipline Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications) Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach Skill Set HRO Experience US, UK, Europe geographies region Strong knowledge of Workday, Oracle HCM Ability to Work on a Deadline and handle pressure Strong email and voice communication skills Strong communication, problem solving and resolution skills. Must be able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, work independently, and have good organizational skills. Must have good experience and exposure in direct or telephonic communication with onshore clients
