Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Solutions Specialist/Sr Specialist to join our team in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in benefits administration, with expertise in retirement planning, superannuation, and employee benefits.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive benefits solutions for clients in the APAC region.

Provide expert advice on retirement planning, superannuation, and employee benefits.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored benefits programs.

Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and provide innovative solutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting benefits administration.

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of retirement planning, superannuation, and employee benefits.

Experience working with international clients, preferably in the APAC region.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
