Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market available consultants to existing and prospective clients through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
  • Source, identify, and place candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified consultants for client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with US hiring practices, including tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment types.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    2–4 years in Bench Sales Recruiting within US IT staffing.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and social media for recruitment.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment classifications.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
