Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in New Delhi. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sales recruitment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, hiring, and account management. Daily tasks include identifying and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. The recruiter will work closely with the business development team to meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Relevant experience in the IT consulting or similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
