Employment Type:

Full-timeWe are looking for experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team at our KPHB, Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of proven experience in marketing bench candidates (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.) and placing them with direct clients or through preferred vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Market and place bench consultants with direct clients or implementation partners.
Strong understanding of various work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).
Maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
Daily follow-ups with candidates and vendors.
Handle the full life cycle of bench sales: sourcing, screening, negotiating rates, and closing deals.

Requirements

2–5 years of Bench Sales experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Must be willing to work from our KPHB, Hyderabad office.
