Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Bench Sales Recruiter

to handle end-to-end marketing of our bench consultants. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and experienced in working with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and place bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, etc.) across various technologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
Identify suitable job requirements through job portals, networks, and vendor lists.
Submit qualified consultants to open requirements and follow up for interview schedules.
Negotiate rates and close positions effectively.
Maintain a daily activity tracker and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes.
Work closely with consultants to understand their strengths and job interests.

Required Skills & Experience:

1–4+ years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of US staffing, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa types.
Experience working with Direct Clients and Tier 1 vendors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of placing consultants across technologies.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in IT staffing domain.
Strong vendor network in US market.
Ability to independently manage consultant marketing cycle.
