A proactive and result-oriented Bench Sales IT Recruiter specializing in marketing and placing bench consultants (US & India) across IT domains. Adept at leveraging job portals, professional networks, and vendor partnerships to achieve successful placements while maintaining excellent client and consultant relationships.   Roles & Responsibilities Market bench consultants through various job boards, networks, and references. Maintain daily submissions and follow-ups with vendors and clients. Coordinate interviews between clients and consultants; ensure timely feedback. Negotiate pay rates and confirm terms with clients and candidates. Keep consultants updated on market demand, client expectations, and skill alignment. Build and maintain strong pipelines of vendors and hiring managers. Prepare marketing reports and submission status dashboards weekly. Coordinate with HR and immigration teams for onboarding and documentation.
