Bench IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the bench sales process, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Engage in client acquisition strategies to expand our customer base and enhance revenue streams.
• Prepare and manage 1099 and W2 documentation for contractors and employees.
• Build and maintain profiles of potential candidates to meet client requirements effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of staffing solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  5 to 10 years

  of experience in US IT staffing or a related field.
• Proven track record in bench management and sales within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of 1099 preparation and W2 processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work night shifts as per the job schedule.
