Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
individual and group counselling
to students on behavioural, emotional, and social concerns.
Conduct
Life Skill sessions
across different age groups to promote positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and mental well-being.
Identify and address early signs of stress, anxiety, bullying, or behavioural challenges.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to design effective
behavioural intervention plans
.
Maintain
confidential student records
and progress reports.
Organize
workshops and awareness programs
on mental health, peer pressure, social media use, etc.
Support in building a
positive school culture
that prioritizes student well-being and inclusivity.

Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in
Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Child Psychology
(mandatory).
Certification or training in
Life Skills Education / Child & Adolescent Counselling
preferred.
Minimum
2–3 years of experience
working as a school counsellor or behavioural specialist.
Excellent
communication, empathy, and classroom engagement skills
.
Strong ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and parents.
