Lead and supervise a portfolio of key accounts and retail counters to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Drive sales growth and ensure consistent achievement of counter-level KPIs (e.g. sales per hour, conversion rates, average transaction value) Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for each counter to maximize performance and market share. Conduct regular on-site visits to counters to coach and support frontline teams. Deliver product knowledge and sales skills training to counter staff to improve, expertise, confidence, and customer service standards. Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to execute in-store activations and visual displays that drive traffic and sales. Qualifications - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, key account management, or supervisory roles (preferably in beauty, perfumes, fashion, luxury, or FMCG) Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on, field-driven mindset. Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving productivity metrics.
