Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Officer / Executive to join our growing team in West Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Beauty & Personal Care sales (preferably Hair Care / Skin Care), strong salon/distributor network knowledge, and the drive to grow market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute area mapping and follow route call plans.

Drive brand technology adoption in salons and with distributors.

Plan and execute primary sales based on secondary sales trends.

Meet or exceed secondary sales targets.

Acquire new salons in targeted areas.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ensure effective merchandising and brand visibility in the market.

Execute on-ground activations as part of the Go-To-Market strategy.

Monitor market credit and ensure distributor profitability.

Coordinate with technical teams for salon training programs.

Maintain and report accurate sales MIS and performance analytics.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar BDE / BDO / Sr. BDO role.

Prior experience in the beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of salon sales and distributor operations in West Delhi.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proficient in sales tracking and market analysis.
