About the role:

QX Accounting Services is seeking a full-time Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts for our North American clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and Operations to provide comprehensive support to clients. This hybrid position (2 days work from office) can be based out of any of our offices in Noida, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.

Work Schedule: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

What you will be doing:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in collaboration with the operations team.
  • Design and conduct governance calls with existing clients and introductory calls with new clients alongside the ops team.
  • Focus on expanding services with existing clients (farming) by understanding their current use of our services and future needs.
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead the sales process for additional services and resources, working with the ops team to source suitable candidates.

Client Support and Satisfaction:

  • Handle escalations and issues by coordinating with the appropriate operations team members to develop and implement action plans.
  • Assist the AVP of Client Success in managing high-priority clients and documenting follow-ups from governance calls.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to help them optimize their use of our services over the next 6-12 months and beyond.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Liaise between clients and operations to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you will need for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred BCom Hons) or equivalent.
  • Total experience: 7+ years with min 2 years of experience in client relationship management or sales roles
  • Strong understanding of the accounting and outsourcing industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze client needs, manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry, business process management, and digital transformation is desirable.
  • Knowledge of US accounting practices is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
