Position: Business Development Manager – IFPD
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4+ years in IT / AV / Display Solutions Sales
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) – IFPD to drive business growth by engaging with end customers, understanding their requirements, and positioning Interactive Flat Panel Display (IFPD) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong client engagement skills, experience in solution selling, and the ability to generate demand through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Generation with End Customers

o Identify and engage with corporates, educational institutions, enterprises, and government organizations.

o Understand customer needs, use cases, and budgets to position IFPD solutions.

o Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.

2. Business Development & Sales Growth

o Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.

o Drive sales pipeline for IFPD solutions and meet revenue targets.

o Work closely with channel partners, resellers, and OEMs to generate leads.

3. Solution Selling

o Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof of concepts for clients.

o Provide consultative guidance to customers on IFPD solutions and related AV technologies.

o Position value proposition and ROI of IFPD products effectively.

4. Market & Competition Analysis

o Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer buying behavior.

o Provide feedback to management for product positioning and marketing strategies.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

o Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams for solution design.

o Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and weekly reports.

Skills & Qualifications

· 4+ years of proven sales experience in AV / IT / display solutions (IFPD, projectors, video walls, etc.).

· Strong network in education, corporate, and government verticals in Mumbai region.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to generate requirements and create demand with end customers.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering or equivalent.
