Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and convert them into sales
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service pitches
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate sales reports & CRM records
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions & industry platforms

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Strong presentation and networking abilities
• Knowledge of sales strategies & business development processes
• Target-oriented with strong analytical thinking
• Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools
