Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in sales or a relevant role, with a strong background in government and institutional sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors, and government agencies.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales or a relevant role, preferably in the furniture industry.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing techniques.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in English and other languages is an added advantage.
Experience working with architects, contractors, and government agencies is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
