BDE(Wedding & Corporate Events)

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and ensuring the seamless delivery of wedding and corporate events. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating qualified leads for wedding and corporate events through various channels such as online platforms, offline sources, partnerships, and networking. - Identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. - Conducting client meetings to comprehend their requirements, suggesting innovative event concepts, and presenting tailored event packages. - Collaborating with internal teams including operations, dcor, catering, logistics, etc., to guarantee the successful execution of events. - Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and achieving monthly/quarterly targets. - Handling client communication, negotiations, and contracts throughout the event lifecycle. - Keeping abreast of current trends in weddings, corporate events, and hospitality to offer clients innovative ideas. - Participating in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's services. - Updating the CRM/database with all client and lead information. Additionally, the job is full-time and requires in-person work at our location.,
