BDE(Wedding & Corporate Events)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and managing event execution — with a strong focus on wedding and corporate events. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and ensuring seamless event delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads for wedding and corporate events through online/offline channels, partnerships, and networking.
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, propose creative event concepts, and present customized packages.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, décor, catering, logistics, etc.) to ensure successful execution of events.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Manage client communication, negotiations, and contracts throughout the event lifecycle.
• Stay updated with current trends in weddings, corporate events, and hospitality to bring innovative ideas to clients.
• Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s services.
• Maintain CRM/database with all client and lead information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
