TELESALES EXECUTIVE


We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and their benefits clearly to customers.
  • Answer incoming calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM/software.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Qualification: Minimum Graduation (Any stream)
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
  • Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
