Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers via phone to generate leads and convert them into sales. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role also involves understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions, contributing to overall sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
• Customer Support experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in telesales or a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
