As a Business Development Executive for IT Services, your role involves acquiring new business opportunities through various channels such as Freelancer, Upwork, Toptal, People per hour, etc. You will be responsible for crafting detailed proposals tailored to client requirements. Your experience in lead generation, proposal drafting, client interaction, negotiation, and follow-ups will be crucial. Additionally, you will coordinate with the technical team and develop action plans to secure new clients and projects. Your duties will include regular follow-ups with existing and new clients, as well as account management to ensure successful project deliveries and high client satisfaction levels. You will be expected to brainstorm innovative ideas for new projects with existing customers and prepare comprehensive proposal documents and commercial presentations. Keeping abreast of the latest trends in digital media, website communications, development, designs, and online marketing opportunities is essential. Your proven leadership skills and ability to build and lead Business Development teams will be valuable assets in this role.
