BDE / Online Bidder

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Bidder with at least 3 months of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Upwork and other freelancing platforms, with the ability to identify and secure projects that align with our company’s expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and bid on potential projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
• Write customized and compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Communicate with potential clients to clarify project needs and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
• Maintain records of bid success rates and follow up on active proposals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 months of experience in bidding on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research and understand client needs and project requirements.
• Basic understanding of IT services such as web development, WordPress, Shopify, and PHP.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
