Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive – International (IT Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT services sales, international client handling, team coordination, and lead generation via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified leads from international markets (US, UK, Europe, etc.) through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycles, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.
  • Manage and guide junior sales team members when needed.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Key Skills Required:

  • 3–4 years of experience in international IT sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emails, and calls.
  • Experience in client handling and team coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as a team leader.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
