Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: 5.5 Days per Week

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and calls with potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
