Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher) – School Sales (Events)

About the Role:

Techradiance is hiring enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about sales and education! As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a key role in connecting with schools owners & principals to introduce school submits. You will get full training and support to help you grow and succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact school authorities (principals, coordinators, trustees) via calls, emails, and visits.
• Introduce Global Edu Leaders offerings & School Leader Submits
• Schedule and attend virtual or physical meetings with school representatives.
• Build relationships and follow up regularly to convert interest into deals.
• Work with the senior team for client presentations and closures.
• Maintain basic data of leads, meetings, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM tools.
• Achieve assigned targets with the guidance of a Team Leader/Manager.

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers with any Bachelor's degree (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BTech, etc.)
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and communication.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to learn, travel locally, and confidently interact with school staff.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets is a plus.
