Maintain records and activity logs in CRM tools
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
Confident in client interactions and presenting ideas
Basic understanding of IT services and sales processes
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
