Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and client references.
• Generate leads and convert them into clients for digital marketing and IT services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and present solutions to potential clients.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage client communication and ensure timely project follow-ups.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client handling (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US/International clients).
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Shift & Work Details:

• Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
• Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Off)
• Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
