Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate business through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. You will be the face of our company, interacting with potential clients, generating leads, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and get projects from Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
  • Write and send professional proposals to clients.
  • Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and close deals.
  • Manage and grow client relationships for long-term business.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to get new leads.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep track of leads, proposals, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
