Job Overview:

We’re looking for passionate and self-driven Business Development Interns to join our fast-growing team. As a BDE Intern, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and onboarding hotel partners across India. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, partnerships, and client relationship management within the fast-evolving travel-tech space. If you have worked with OTAs, hotel aggregators, or travel companies, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new hotel partners.
• Develop strong relationships with hotels, resorts, and guesthouses.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commission structures.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Students or recent graduates interested in Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, or Digital Marketing
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of OTAs (OYO, Treebo, MakeMyTrip, Agoda) preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
• Tech-Savvy: CRM tools, Excel, and hospitality software knowledge.
• Location Knowledge: Familiarity with the Rajasthan hospitality market.
• Willingness to Travel within Udaipur and nearby regions.
