Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients on the ground, and driving sales through direct interactions. Ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, working in the field, and hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to generate and follow up on leads.
• Pitch products/services to potential customers in-person.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet assigned sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Provide insights and feedback from the field to improve offerings.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field travel.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in Hindi & English preferred; knowledge of local language is a plus.
