Role Overview: You will be responsible for client acquisition, lead management, client relationship management, proposal development, sales pipeline management, market research, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients from the US, Canada, and other international markets for digital marketing solutions - Manage lead pipeline, nurture prospects, and engage through various channels to drive sales - Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and positioning services effectively - Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to showcase agency services and competitive edge - Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, track leads, negotiations, and conversions for timely follow-ups and closures - Stay updated on digital marketing trends and international markets for identifying growth opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery for successful project outcomes Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1+ years of experience in business development or sales roles, focusing on digital marketing services and international markets (US, Canada preferred) - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in an international market context - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft persuasive sales messages and deliver impactful presentations - Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and partners across cultures and regions Additional Details: The company provides benefits such as food, health insurance, and provident fund.
