This role will be pivotal in engaging with the Educational institutions especially the early years to Primary schools , generating qualified leads, supporting the sales process and closing the sales. Candidates from the Education sector catering to pre and primary school with experience in B2B sales are preferred. About the Client : Doodle Productions Ltd. Our content aims to combine science with creativity and fun, helping kids engage meaningfully with learning. We are a busy team of creatives, devoted to producing intelligent, high quality content for kids. Job Summary: We are seeking a result-driven and passionate Sales Professional to promote and sell educational subscriptions—OKIDO Magazine (for ages 3–7) and Kurio Magazine (for 7+ years)—to pre and primary schools across India. This role is ideal for someone experienced in B2B sales in the education domain, particularly with early-years institutions. Key Responsibilities: Research and create a list of potential leads and engage with preschools and primary schools to promote subscription offerings Implement multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calls, emails, and social media interactions to create awareness of our educational offerings Effectively pitch the subscription offerings to school administrators, educators, and decision-makers through virtual meetings, calls, or on-ground visits as required Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system/ Zoho CRM. Follow up on initial calls to nurture leads and ensure they are progressing through the sales funnel. Send follow-up emails or additional resources based on client conversations. Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients, ensuring a positive experience. Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary information and support during the sales process. Share insights on client needs and feedback to help refine sales strategies Meet or exceed assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Should be able to close deals effectively. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales to schools (mandatory) Prior experience selling educational content, subscriptions, or publications to preschools/primary segment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and a self starter with a problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently Comfortable working remotely and handling virtual client interactions Understanding of the education ecosystem, especially early learning Minimum 3+ years of working experience in a remote setup Immediate joiner would be preferred.
