Track industry trends across artists, labels, and platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, and Instagram.
Research new content opportunities including regional artists, devotional labels, YouTube creators, and content channels.
Maintain and regularly update market intelligence and competition benchmarking sheets.

Analytics & Reporting

Support in collecting, cleaning, and organizing performance data from YouTube and DSP analytics panels.
Assist in building regular performance reports and pitch decks.
Help with preparing presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.

Internal Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams including the Operations Team, Distribution Team, and YouTube Team for smooth execution of releases, pitch plans, and ongoing updates.
Maintain release calendars, status trackers, and pitch logs.
Help in aligning communication and tracking project timelines across departments.

Creative Support & Internal Design

Use Canva or other editing tools to prepare internal decks, pitch documents, and social creatives.
Assist with design work for thumbnails, reels, and artist presentations.
Optional but preferred: basic video editing or layout design experience (CapCut, InShot, Figma, etc.).

Qualifications

Graduate or current student in Media, Music, Marketing, or a related field.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent understanding of digital content and music ecosystems.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Slides is mandatory.
Basic design and editing skills using Canva or similar tools (required).
