Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support company growth through lead generation and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through calls, visits, and online sources
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Present company products/services to prospective clients
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Maintain client data, follow-ups, and reports in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications & Skills:

Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)
0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred:

Experience in B2B / B2C sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
