The role aims to effectively address customer inquiries, issues, and requests in line with established customer service standards. Responsibilities include providing prompt and professional customer service support on account, product, and service-related queries. The role involves collaborating with various bank teams to enhance customer care initiatives and ensuring accurate management of customer records and documentation. Participation in training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge is essential. The incumbent is expected to stay informed about industry trends to implement best practices in customer care and handle escalation requests efficiently. Customer service tasks are carried out through multiple communication channels such as chat, email, and phone. Analysts are required to deliver operational excellence and superior customer service to meet stakeholder and customer needs. They are expected to complete assigned tasks promptly and to a high standard, adhering to processes and procedures. While not in a people leadership role, analysts collaborate with team members and escalate policy breaches when necessary. Taking ownership of customer service and operational tasks, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations are key aspects of the role. Analysts should have a comprehensive understanding of their role, team objectives, and the broader function. Working within established procedures, they must exhibit a clear understanding of these processes, make informed decisions based on factual information, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers to address their requirements effectively.
