Job Description

Job purpose

Finacle E-Banking/DEH professionals with expertise and prior work experience on one or more end to end DEH Implementation project

Your client responsibilities

Need to work as a team/team lead in one or more Finacle projects.
Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
Should be ready to travel to customers locations on need basis

Your people responsibilities

Building a quality work culture
Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
Foster teamwork and lead by example
Training and mentoring of project resources
Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Mandatory skills

Should be able to gather requirements and formalise the MRD document and be able to get sign offs for the same
Should be able to formulate and upload BPD parameters in the system
Should have been involved in Data Mapping exercise and Data Upload activities for Migration
Should be able to Customize (Develop, Deploy and Fix Issues) on the Latest DEH version
Should have knowledge about latest Web Technologies /APIs configuration (rest/soap)/Microservices
Should act as a SPOC during SIT and UAT phases and be able to drive the Testing phase of the project
Should be able to deploy sources/patches/fixes at designated path
Be Able to act as a Test Manager and lead the testing team
Be Able to provide fixes for the issues identified during testing phase
Be able to Debug and identify the root-cause for Product issues, provide beta fixes/workaround fixes and liase with Finacle Product Team for Permanent fix
Have the ability to provide quick fixes for any Customization issues observed
Should have the ability to install DEH environment from scratch
Maintain DEH environment and handle patch deployment, fix deployment issues if any
Should be well versed with Version Control and CI/CD patch deployment
Should have working experience/through knowledge on installing DEH environment on Kubernetes
Should be able to implement Finacle Alerts Solution including DRG, Integration, Customization, Debugging Product and Custom issues, Migration
Should have performed atleast one Production Server Installation (Cluster Model) using Load Balancers

Preferred skills/Expectations

Should be well versed with JAVA
Experience of 7-10 years

Soft Skills

Must have excellent communication skills
Should have presentation skills
Client management experience (Stakeholder management)
