BBS ESG Delivery Lead

You will be working as a BBS ESG Delivery Lead within Bunge Business Services (BBS), engaging with global Business teams to enable the Program Management and Delivery of various initiatives including ESG Disclosure, CSRD Programs, ESG Ratings, Palm Traceability, Water Management, and ESG Query Management for Bunge. Your role involves collaborating with Sustainability Team, ESG Controller, ESG KPI owners, BBS Sustainability Analytics team, and Business Technology team to drive People, Process, Policies, and Technology transformation for effective ESG reporting. Your responsibilities include defining sustainability KPIs, understanding business requirements, and leading the ESG Program on a global scale through an ESG Governance structure. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the governance of all ESG Programs under ESG COE - Act as Functional and Subject Matter Expert in Sustainability, ESG, and International Disclosure frameworks - Conduct Climate Risk and opportunity assessment, ESG Reporting (e.g., GRI, BRSR), and ESG ratings (e.g., EcoVadis, DJSI) - Implement the ESG Disclosure tool and understand IT systems - Create Action plans with ESG KPI owners, drive data capture, and lead ESG Ratings and Palm Traceability Process - Review and drive ESG Program action plan implementation - Conduct KPI level Data quality and governance check - Design Data templates for data capture and reporting across various frameworks - Stay updated on Global ESG regulatory and voluntary disclosure landscape - Support Environment team in Data Management and KPI reporting - Manage governance calls, act as Scrum Master for ESG COE, and facilitate ESG Data assurance - Drive capacity building workshops **Qualifications Required:** - Desired Education Qualification: Engg and MBA with 14 to 17 years of experience - Knowledge of Sustainability and ESG frameworks Please note that Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a global leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products.
