Battery Validation Engineer

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should hold a Graduate or Post-Graduate Degree in C Mechatronics, EE, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering with a consistent academic record of 60% or above. Your primary responsibility will revolve around the planning of Battery pack, Module, and Cell Validation, finalizing Test Specifications, verifying Test data, and coordinating with Suppliers for Testing specs and methodology. To excel in this role, you are required to have 3 to 6 years of experience in the relevant domain with a specialization in Battery component validation. Your experience should also include the creation of test specifications and standards, understanding of Li-Ion Battery Cells and specifications, as well as automotive exposure. Moreover, knowledge of Testing Standards for Cells and Batteries is essential, along with excellent Communication and presentation skills. Your Analytical skills should be top-notch, and you should possess a good understanding of data analysis topics and tools. Proficiency in Python is a mandatory requirement for this position.,
