Job Description

Experience Range:

4 to 6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cell design engineers and cell suppliers to develop module level test plans.

Contribute to create/upgrade MAN / TRATON cell testing standard and lead the discussion with Cross Functional Teams (CFTs).

Prepare DOE (Design of Experiment) for cell testing and assemble the complete test setup for electrical tests on cell.

Analyze the test data, prepare meaningful conclusions and present them to CFTs and management.

Understand the details of test rig and give inputs to recreate real life abuse scenarios at test bench along with boundary conditions (for electrical, mechanical and thermal tests).
Additional Skills:

Knowhow of Battery testing Standards

Understanding of cell working principle, cell internal schematics, terminologies and cell performance parameters.

Good Communication Skills required.

Good to have Knowhow of data analysis tools

Flexibility for International Travel.
