Mandatory Skills:

Financial Domain, Capital Markets, and Risk Management
Strong exposure to
Front Office Trading
(Listed, Derivatives, Fixed Income products)
Hands-on experience in
Desktop (MS Windows)
and
Web applications
testing
Strong experience in
Agile Delivery Model
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end
Software Testing & Quality Assurance
activities.
Define, manage, and execute
Test Management
and
Defect Management
processes.
Design, review, and execute
test scenarios, test cases, and test data
for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Perform
Database Testing
with strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
Ensure adherence to
industry-standard Quality & Test processes
and best practices.
Define and implement
Test Data Profiling & Test Data Management
approaches.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure product quality.
Work in
Agile environments
, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Use tools such as
HP ALM, JIRA
for test and defect tracking.
Provide mentorship to junior team members, guiding them on best testing practices.
Adapt quickly to changes, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
