Experience of producing detailed technical work-items to support on and offshore development teams3. Ability to multi-task / context switch (working on many different items on a given day)4. Proactive, motivated and with an ability to work things out and get things done (with limited documentation)5. Experience of agile development (ideally Kanban, but any agile experience relevant)6.
