Batching plant incharge

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Batching Plant In-Charge to handle office and coordination work related to batching plant operations. The role focuses on documentation, reporting, coordination with site teams, and monitoring production data rather than hands-on plant operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily concrete production reports and plant records
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for concrete requirements
• Prepare delivery challans, batch reports
• Track material consumption (cement, aggregates, admixtures) and stock status
• Communicate with plant operators and drivers for scheduling and dispatch
• Ensure proper documentation for quality, quantity, and billing support
• Report daily plant status to management

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any degree / diploma (civil background preferred)
• Basic knowledge of concrete, batching plant process, and materials
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
