About the Role

Sea Shells Beach Resort, Agatti is looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Bartender for our Sundowner Bar & Café. This is a unique beachside role where the bartender will be responsible for serving guests during sunset hours and supporting restaurant operations during non-bar hours.

Key ResponsibilitiesBartending (Sundowner Bar & Café)

• Operate the beachside Sundowner Bar from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Display basic flair bartending techniques to enhance guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar counter and surrounding area
• Interact politely and confidently with guests, creating a lively sunset atmosphere
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and service standards

Restaurant Service (Non-Bar Hours)

• Work as a waiter at Sea Shells Restaurant during non-bar operating hours
• Take food and beverage orders and serve guests efficiently
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and general restaurant service
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Work Schedule

• Bartending: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM (Sundowner hours)
• Restaurant Service: Remaining working hours as assigned by management

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Good communication and guest-handling skills
• Presentable, energetic, and service-oriented
• Comfortable working in an outdoor beachside environment
• Willing to multitask between bar and restaurant service
• Disciplined, punctual, and team-oriented
