Job responsibilities of Head Bartender/ Mixologist 1. Managing staff: Supervising and training bartenders and other bar staff. 2. Preparing drinks: Mixing drinks, ensuring high-quality drinks and testing new recipes 3. Maintaining inventory: Tracking stock, rotating inventory, and ordering supplies 4. Ensuring compliance: Following food and beverage regulations, and enforcing safety protocols 5. Managing operations:Maintaining cleanliness, organizing the workspace and monitoring bar opening and closing 6. Providing customer service: Monitoring customer intake and preventing the sale of alcohol to intoxicated patrons 7. Communicating: Communicating menu changes and additions to management and ownership and contributing to shift briefings Other responsibilities: *Assisting with beverage costing *Closing bartender checks *Ensuring accurate guest billing *Making specialty mix-ins *Negotiating prices with distributors *Creating systems for bar operations We are looking for highly energetic and enthusiastic team member who would assist us in our new venture and also have the freedom of creativity inorder to excell his/her talent. Location: Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir. Additional benefits provided *Food and Accommodation. Less experienced bartender can apply for junior position.
