Bartenders

Job Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality service standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience. The role requires strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations, along with a friendly and guest-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Provide recommendations and upsell drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with legal drinking age and responsible service of alcohol.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
• Manage bar inventory, request stock replenishment, and minimize wastage.
• Perform flair bartending or bar showmanship when required to enhance guest experience.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
• Deliver personalized and efficient service to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Flair bartending/fire flaring skills (preferred but not mandatory).
• Team player with a positive, guest-oriented attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school/diploma or degree in hospitality (preferred).
• 1–3 years of bartending experience in hotels, bars, or restaurants.
• Freshers with strong mixology training and enthusiasm may also be considered.
• Knowledge of local and international beverages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
