Experience Required: 1–3 years in a similar role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Bartender / Mixologist specializing in mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to join our F&B team at The Fern Goregaon. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about beverage innovation, guest satisfaction, and delivering high-quality service in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and serve an impressive variety of signature mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
• Develop new and seasonal mocktail recipes using fresh ingredients and current trends
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and hygiene as per 5-star hotel standards
• Ensure high levels of guest interaction, satisfaction, and personalized service
• Maintain inventory of bar ingredients and requisition supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of beverages
• Train junior staff on mocktail preparation and presentation when required
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies of the hotel

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a bartender or mocktail mixologist in a premium hotel or restaurant
• Excellent knowledge of beverage ingredients, presentation, and mixing techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail in presentation and taste
• Up-to-date with current trends in non-alcoholic mixology and healthy beverages
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Pleasant personality with a guest-first approach
